Many terrorists have been reportedly killed during aerial patrols conducted by officers of the Nigerian Air Force (NAF).

The aerial patrols were carried out at identified bandits’ hideouts in some parts of Kaduna.

Kaduna is one of the worst-hit states as it relates to activities of bandits and insurgents.

In a statement on Monday, Samuel Aruwan, Kaduna commissioner for internal security and home affairs, said three terrorists were killed at Kawara area of Igabi LGA during an airstrike.

“Three bandits were confirmed neutralised by the strike, and some kidnapped victims were thus able to escape from the general area, as was later confirmed by credible human intelligence sources on the ground.
