Stock market today: PZ leads gainers’ table
Reports from the trading floor of the stock market reveal a 0.29% decline in the All Share Index (ASI) from 39,011.90 witnessed on Thursday to 38,898.14 at the end of trading activities today, Friday.
Market capitalisation also dropped to N12,791 trillion from N12,829 trillion achieved yesterday.
A total of 284,188,630 shares valued at N2,612,203,810.48 were traded in 5,665 deals.
Pz led the gainers’ table, adding N1.00 to close at N37.00.
Seplat followed with an appreciation of N0.99 to close at N598.00.
Flourmill also added a gain of N0.65 to close at N68.00, while Stanbic added N0.25 to close at N23.00.
Cap led the losers’ table, losing N1.74 to close at N40.26. Okomuoil and Zenith bank followed losing N1.30 and N1.15 to close at N35.03 and N22.35, respectively.
