One year after quitting Channels Television, Sulaiman Aledeh, seasoned journalist, is back with a television show.

Titled “Political Stew”, the live talk show will provide updates on daily political happenings in Nigeria and around the world.

According to Aledeh, the new talk show is expected to set the pace for political discourse ahead of the 2019 general election.

Shortly after leaving Channels Television, Aledeh spent few months with Arise Television before he resigned to focus on his online platform, Aledeh.com.

Aledeh told TheCable that he is excited to be back on television, saying he had only been gone for a year but it looked like forever.

“Everywhere I went, folks kept asking when I’d be returning. It’s finally here and can’t wait to hit it off,” he said.

Speaking on the talk show, he said: “It will stand out from other political shows. We won’t be biased, we will not gag anyone yet we will be firm.

“We are setting standards with some of the finest hands in the industry. For every guest we bring, the viewer must get quality for time spent watching. The presentation style will be fluid, breezy and sometimes tastily spiced emitting an aroma that serves all.

“So, when you’re looking for those who haven’t been on any television show before, you’ll find them on Political Stew.”

Aledeh said the programme would be aired on Television Continental, disclosing that final arrangements were being made on the time of the show.
