Cameroon moved a spot up from 33rd to 32nd. The Indomitable Lions are third behind Egypt and Senegal in Africa.

Algeria retained the 40th position while Zambia moved a spot up to 90th position.

South Africa and Libya maintained their 62nd and 92nd positions respectively, while Seychelles dropped to 187.

There were no changes in the top 10 positions in the world rankings.
