Swanky Jerry is one of Nigeria’s youngest and most influential celebrity stylists. His real name is Jeremiah Ogbodo and he is a 24-year-old who has grown into a celebrity in his own right.

He was born on the July 4 and celebrated his birthday in grand style worthy of his celebrity clientele a few days ago. First stop to do some charitable good at Modupe Childcare and Treatment home, Yaba, before turning all the way up at Escape nightclub on Victoria Island with celebrity friends.

On his big day, Jeremiah was showered with birthday wishes by entertainment heavyweights MI, D’banj, Ice Prince, Tontoh Dikeh Caroline Danjuma, Tiwa savage, Toke Makinwa and many others who spoke highly of his personality and character.

Jeremiah started off his career officially in 2012 as a 21-year-old with the launch of his design and styling company, Swanky Signatures.

He has worked with basically every major celebrity in the entertainment industry and has built solid relationships over the past few years.

He is most prominently known as Nollywood actress Tontoh Dikeh’s personal stylist. However, he has also worked with Davido, Tuface, Waje, Iyanya, Ini Edo, Rita Dominic and continues to work with other artistes such as Ice prince and D’banj.

He styled the former president, Goodluck Jonathan, for an interactive session held with entertainers while he was campaigning for a second term in office.

He acquired formal certification in styling after he attended the School of Style in New York and is currently studying for a degree in Business Administration at the University of Lagos.

He was awarded the Stylist of the Year at the 2014 Lagos Fashion Awards.
