The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has expressed belief that, having returned from his medical vacation, President Muhammadu Buhari is now healthier to assume duty.

Buhari returned to the country on Saturday after he left to receive medical attention in the UK.

In a statement issued by Dayo Adeyeye, PDP national publicity secretary, the party welcomed the president back to the country and thanked God for saving his life.

It also prayed that God will grant Buhari stronger health to rescue Nigeria’s poor economy.
