Who is the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC? Yes! Who is NDDC? If the NDDC were human, who will it represent? What attributes of the NDDC epitomizes the NDDC’s brand persona & serves to enable the Commission to fulfill its Mandate?
The NDDC is an intervention agency of the Federal Government of Nigeria in the drive to improve the physical, economic & social development of the Niger Delta region.
The NDDC’s brand persona is male/female, age: middle aged 20 to 60 years old (mindset of 40 to 60 year old). Educated, informed and cosmopolitan mindset. A polyglot who speaks the major language dialects of the Niger Delta region, conservative yet liberal. An ambivert whose formal dress style is a blend of classically styled traditional outfits and classic European attires in white, black & mid tone hues of gray, blue, brown & maroon. Blessed with diverse cultural heritage that resonates via a rich genre of traditional music.
The liberal side of the NDDC means it will wear an occasional informal outfit in its interactions with its stakeholders.
