President Bola Tinubu has signed into law two bills establishing a special needs college and an orthopedic in Gombe state.
Senate President Godswill Akpabio made the announcement during plenary on Wednesday.
Akpabio said Tinubu assented to the bill amending the College of Education Act 2025, which provides for the establishment of the Federal College of Education (Special), in Dukku LGA of the state.
“So let me use this opportunity to congratulate our colleagues from Gombe and all lovers of education and particularly the good people of Dukku and Nigerians who will pass through this institution to obtain knowledge,” Akpabio said.
