Tiwa Savage-Balogun, Nigerian singer and entertainer, might be hinting that she is finally ready to move on from the drama of the past few weeks.
The 36-year old Mavin act has been quiet on social media for the past 12 days.
Also, she has not made comments about the state of her marriage since the interview where she addressed the accusations made by Tunji Balogun, her husband popularly known as Tee Billz.
On Monday however, in a post on Instagram, she thanked her fans for their support through the trying times.
“From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank each and everyone of you for your support and your kind words during this trying time,” she wrote.
“Without it, I do not know how I would have made it through.
“Most importantly, thank you for your continued prayers for Tunji, Myself and Jamil. May God meet each and everyone of you in your time of need.”
The couple has been in the news following a social media breakdown, where Tee Billz accused her of infidelity and neglect of what he called her duties as a wife.
He was also rumoured to have attempted suicide, in the heat of overwhelming controversies.
The Kele Kele Love crooner addressed the accusations in an interview and made accusations of her own, declaring that the marriage was over.
There have been various reactions to the issue and celebrities have been calling for prayers for the couple.
