TVIO Solutions Limited (TVIO), a marketing and sales promotion agency, has launched a reward platform for Nigeria’s insurance industry.
The platform was launched in partnership with Epicure Insurance Brokers and other insurance brokers in the country.
The platform, “Jollofrewards.com” is an online rewards platform for insurance customers based on premium paid.
At a press briefing in Lagos, Dominic Essien, chairman of TVIO Group, said the product is one of the many that will be launched in 2019.
He said the projects will “touch on purchase and behavioural decisions of consumers.”
Also speaking, Dolapo Fadeyibi, head of partnerships and alliances at TVIO, said the insurance reward platform is the first of its kind in Nigeria.
Fadebiyi said she anticipates an uptake of the product among consumers in the insurance market.
“There have been increasing complaints by insurance customers who have never made claims for their patronage to be rewarded,” she said.
“Jollof Rewards will definitely excite that segment of the market and drive sales for our partners.
“Insurance customers who subscribe to the Jollof Rewards platform will have access to free travel and lifestyle incentives like free flights, free spa treatment, free hotel experience, free cinema tickets, free airtime, free fuel vouchers and many more.”
Oyinpreye Aigbogun, managing director of Epicure Insurance Brokers, said the initiative is important to “deepening insurance penetration and inspiring loyalty in the market.”
