VIDEO: How Buhari reacted when INEC declared him winner

President Muhammadu Buhari has been declared winner of the 2019 presidential election.

Mahmood Yakubu, chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), made the declaration at the international Conference Center (ICC), Abuja.

Buhari polled 15,191,847 to defeat Atiku Abubakar, his main rival, who polled 11,262,978.

In a video posted by Bashir Ahmad, Buhari’s personal assistant on new media, the president was seen seating calmly while the INEC chairman announced him the winner.
