Nigeria’s home-based Super Eagles defeated Ghana 2-0 in their last Group A game at the West African Football Union Cup of Nations on Monday night.

Anthony Okpotu and Moses Eneji scored two quick goals for Nigeria following the resumption of the second half.

Nigeria had many chances in front of goal in the first half but had little to show for it until the 52nd minute when Okpotu opened the scoring.

Three minutes later, Moses Eneji doubled Nigeria’s lead.
