Right after the celebration of his 25 years in the music industry as Dj and music producer, DJ Jimmy Jatt, releases a viral video as intro for his album, The Industry Volume 1.
Award-winning Jimmy Adewale Amu, popularly known as Cool Dj Jimmy Jatt, is a renowned disc jockey who sets the pace for Hip hop music in the country and beyond. An icon in the Nigerian entertainment industry, he has helped nurture many deejays, such as Dj Waxxy, Dj Syl-D, Dj Funky J, Mix Master Tee, Dj Osar, Dj Hotega, Dj Tony Blaise, Dj XGee.
The intro video is a feature classic of JimmyJatt’s The Industry album. The video opens with an introduction by another industry veteran, OAP Olisa Adibua alongside new generation OAP stars, Toolz and Dotun Kayode.
Directed by Chixon Nexus in Lagos, Nigerian rap titan Modenine and the P-Square duo also feature in it.
The album, which is the first of its kind to feature over 40 artistes from the music industry, attained number 1 on iTunes, moving 2Face’s Ascension album to second place just weeks after its launch.
