The term ‘take me as I am’ is no excuse for stagnation in self-appraisal and self-development. It does not give the liberty for mediocrity or unnecessary superiority.
Individuality is difference, individuality is uniqueness, it’s also distinction. However, It is not egoistic or selfish. It does not struggle for attention. It does not struggle to be heard. Individuality in itself is a voice. It speaks of self, distinct enough to consciously and creatively communicate and engage to deliver value.
You have the ability to guide the way other people see you, to your advantage.
Individuality is value; Value to your world.
Humility in the knowledge that you know, openness to the wisdom you do not know. In that which you know and in that which you do not know, it is a willingness to be vulnerable.
