‘The wealthiest place on earth is the cemetery’ and other memorable Myles Munroe quotes
Sixty-year-old Myles Munroe lost his life on Sunday in a plane crash in his home country, Bahamas, going down with his wife and seven others.
The motivational speaker, author and preacher gave his followers reasons to smile through many inspirational quotes that make life worth living.
As though he was preparing the world not to mourn his death but celebrate his life, speaking on death in September 2014, Munroe said: “The greatest tragedy in life is not death, but a life without a purpose.”
Munroe wrote over 70 books and had thousands of quotes, criss-crossing various genres.
He wasn’t just a preacher who spoke about heaven; he also spoke about democracy, terrorism, ISIS, gay marriages and other topical issues affecting the world.
