Saddam Oladipupo, popularly known as “Baby Boxer”, says Imole “System” Oloyede will not last beyond the second round of their national lightweight title bout at GOtv Boxing Night 34.
The national title bout is scheduled for December 26 at the Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos.
Speaking ahead of the fight, Oladipupo said he is coming in “sharper and meaner,” and promised “a brutal lesson in disciplined boxing” for his opponent.
In his response, Oloyede said “Baby Boxer” will be hurriedly hidden in dark corners of the arena once he is done with him on the fight day.

“I remember how Saddam Hussein was hiding when the US dealt with him. My opponent will be hiding in dark corners of Tafawa Balewa Square, like his namesake did, when I finish with him,” he said.
The fight is one of six contests billed for GOtv Boxing Night 34 that will also feature live music and comedy.
Other bouts on the night will include one more title fight, an international contest, and three additional showdowns.
