Babagana Zulum, the Borno state governor, is in Cairo, Egypt, with a team that will visit five universities.

During the trip to the north African country, Zulum is also expected to visit Azhar University Teaching Hospital to discuss collaborations on the establishment of a teaching hospital for the state university in Borno.
