Adebule, Lagos SSG, emerges Ambode’s running mate
Oluranti Adebule (pictured right), the secretary to Lagos state government, has emerged as the running mate of Akinwunmi Ambode, the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.
Born to the family of Idowu-Esho of Ojo Alaworo compound in the Ojo local government area of Lagos, Adebule bagged a bachelor degree in Islamic studies from the Lagos State University.
She also obtained a doctoral degree (PhD) in curriculum studies and had a stint as a lecturer before venturing into politics.
She began her working career as an academic at Lagos State College of Primary Education (LACOPED), Epe and later transferred to her alma mater.
She was a commissioner at the Lagos state post primary teaching service commission (PP-TESCOM) and got appointed as the secretary to the state government in July, 2011.
She is married with children.
