Muhammad Jibril, chief magistrate, discharged the five suspects and terminated the case in line with the directive of the attorney-general of Kano state.

Earlier, Rabiu Yusuf, principal state counsel, representing the attorney-general of Kano state, told the court that “we received the case diary from the police on June 8.”

“Having gone through the case diary, the attorney- general of Kano state evaluated the facts in accordance with sections 130 and 150 of the criminal procedure code.”

“The legal advice presented to the court, dated June 24, states that there is no case to answer as the suspects are all innocent and orders the court to discharge all the suspects.”

The life of an innocent woman was gruesomely terminated and you are evoking God blessing on kano people. God will surely judge you evil minded people that portray Islam in bad light.

In a country with supposedly sane minds, people kill and are acquitted by the court? Who does that? Why won’t the religious killing continue if no strong message is sent to condemn such acts?

No wonder the clamor for cessation has grown louder than ever under this administration, how can sane minds co-habit with obviously wicked, inhuman, barbaric fellows? How do you kill in the name of a God that is suppose to be all-knowing and mighty?

        I weep for this country.

There is the ultimate JUDGE the CREATOR who will reward evil doers according to their deeds. Human court may set you free BUT the true JUDGE shall judge righteously. THE BLOOD OF THE INNOCENT SHALL STAND AGAINST YOU &THE UNSCRUPULOUS ELEMENTS INVOLVED IN THE SHEDDING OF THE INNOCENT WOMAN.

So unfortunate how this is dealt with, but like its been written by one of the submissions, Allah, the almighty being will judge them all. I weep bitterly for this nation.
