Buhari arrives Nigeria from UK

Buhari arrives Nigeria from UK
March 06
07:35 2015

‎Muhammadu Buhari, presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), arrived Abuja, the federal capital territory, at about 5:45 am on Friday.

Amid a large crowd at Nnamdi Azikiwe International airport, Buhari who looked strong and healthy spoke “very briefly” to journalists before‎ heading for a waiting car that took him away.

Journalists and party supporters had converged on the airport as early as 4:30am awaiting his arrival.

Reacting to an observation that his absence had cost his party “a lot” in the campaign, Buhari said: I don’t think so. One man does not make a party. Remember that some parties came together to form this party, so one man cannot make the party.”

Buhari afterwards left the scene amid a lot of shoving and pushing from over-zealous security men, which infuriated journalists.

Garba Shehu, APC presidential campaign spokesman, told TheCable that with the return of Buhari, the campaign would continue.

“We may likely be in Onitsha tomorrow for a town hall meeting and a road show,” he said.

“We are still working out the details of‎ the schedule of the campaign.”

On February 19, Buhari travelled to the United Kingdom on a “brief working visit”.

But Ayodele fayose, governor of Ekiti state, claimed that Buhari travelled to the UK “en route the United States of America for medical treatment“.

He claimed, too, that Buhari was not billed to deliver a talk at the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House). However, Chatham House later confirmed the speaking engagement, which eventually held on Thursday February 26.

For your information, Nelson Mandela, Ronald Reagan were in their 70s when they headed their countries effectively. The ex president of Namibia that just won the Mo Ibrahim African Good Leader Award was in his 70s when he presided over Namibia. You people should find other things to say and not Buhari’s age or health.

Happening in my generation, the golden epic song by Sonny Okosun on my mind.
    ‘WHICH WAY NIGERIA’
    ‘WHICH WAY TO GO’
    ‘I LOVE MY FATHERLAND’
    ‘I WANT TO KNOW’
WHICH WAY NIGERIA IS HEADING TO’.
As I recite the lyric quietly within my thought, wetness in my eyes, cant believe I am crying because of my country.

We must not repeat the same mistake our fathers are making.

    RE-ENSLAVING AFRICA, NIGERIA THE
    AFRICAN HEARTLAND UNDER ATTACK
BY THE WEST- OBAMA ENGINEERING IT!!!

There is an urgent need of a global alert with the recent threat by General Olusegun Obasanjo that Nigeria like Ivory Coast will be pushed through the regime change grind by Western Imperialist
    nations led by President Obama.

Obama has despatched his political handlers Axelrod political agency to reinstall a former military dictator, while sabotaging the incumbent’s efforts to quell Islamic terrorists by placing an arms embargo on the democratically elected government.

The push for regime change is inspired by the new US-China cold war in which US wants to stop Chinese infrastructural development across Africa.

Especially that of the world’s most populous Black nation, Nigeria, which increased its steel mills from 5 to 15, 10 new power plants, commissioning of a new railway system, Chinese largest foreign
investment linking over 50 of Nigeria’s 58 cities, 12 Federal universities, agricultural revolution etc

Ivory Coast was the jewel of 18 French African colonies as Nigeria being the African Giant was the jewel of Briish colonial Africa. Despite independence, the French kept its colonies tied to its apron strings by continuing to decide their economic and political existence – the CFA
currency whose value was dictated by the french was imposed on all the ex-colonies while with the likes of Boigny of Ivory coast, Mba of Gabon and Ahdijo of Cameroun derailing the francophone African independence movement, only pro-France politicians and views were allowed political space and freedom. Until Professor Gbagbo, the professor of History that wanted to change the history of Black enslavement.

Gbagbo had been a prominent voice in the small group of pro-african interests. After the coup against the french-imposed Boigny cabal, ruling since independence, on the last day of last century, and a few counter coups, Gbagbo won the election and france immediately inspired a Northern revolt in which its own pilots were directly involved.

The French airforce wiped out the ivory coast airforce and ruled from the skies for many years since they could not get the North to conduct a land invasion of the more populous South.

The french war and sabotage were not conducive for democratic elections, but Gbagbo was pressured into holding which he truly won as certified by their electoral body. However, the french provided ficticious inflated figures from their Northern controlled territory that accounted for only a third of the national population to rig the election against Gbagbo for a close family friend of the french
    President.

Obviously Gbagbo refused the french figures and unfortunately for Francophone Africa, Obama threw the weight of the USA behind France and its Ivorien puppet. General obasanjo, America’s greatest asset in Africa, was dispatched to give Gbagbo a warning to step down or face the wrath of the American military might. He refused and french pilots using UN helicopters arrest him in his white underwear after serious bombardment.

While Gbagbo dared to challenge the political status quo of the Francphone colonial Africa, Goodluck Jonathan dared to challenge and change not only the economic status quo of Nigeria but the world.

Ranging among the 3 fastest growing economies of the world and forecasted to be the fastest growing economy till 2050 due to the industrial takeoff platform being diligently put in place by Goodluck
with the help of the Chinese, the USA feels its role as a superpower under threat.

Especially of concern is the railway system, Chinas largest foreign investment in the world that will ferry 960 million Nigerians by the turn of the century. Meaning cash for Nigeria and China greater than any investment US, UK and France have in africa, and even the world.

So, the imperialists have to stop it, but insultingly with the oldest trick in the book – ANTI-CORRUPTION crusade. To start with, the USA stopped the purchase of Nigeria crude oil. Nigeria used to be a top US oil supplier but luckily found alternative markets in India and other growing economies. Then, its actions with regards to Boko Haram, Nigeria’s Islamic terrorists, has been to say the least suspicious.

Arms and bomb making technology are known to have entered Northern Nigeria from nearby US theatres of war in Somali, Libya and Sudan where US African military command center is located. Initially, the USA was vocal against what it called heavy-handedness in dealing with the terrorists and declared a silent arms embargo, stopping
sales even from South africa and Israel. US even refused to share intelligence on the terrorists!

Three weeks before the abduction of Chibok girls, Susan Rice, the US security adviser met with the Northern governors, one of whose territory the girls went missing in mysterious circumstances. This was the turning point where the USA launched a campaign to paint the Nigerian president as clueless as war hawks like Senator McCain cast aspersions and Axelrod political agency behind the Obama campaign of change coached the opposition.

Buhari was set up as the ANTI-CORRUPTION candidate who will be made to stop the railway project as was recently done in Mexico. With western intelligence agencies providing evidence of alleged
Chinese corruption, disseminated by western media, Buhari will have no choice but to pull the plug on key socioeconomic infrastructure being built by the chinese that will lift the black race out of the global poverty trap.

The greatest problem is that with Black faces fronting global white imperialists agenda, the masses are hopelessly brainwashed and
bamboozled. Obama is having a field day playing out that agenda from Ivory coast to Libya than any of the George Bushes could ever dream of without being labeled racists. Therefore a global alarm has
to be raised before generations are sold down the river, once again!

Obasanjo has warned that his Anglosaxons masters are ready to do in Nigeria what the french did in Ivory coast. In both cases Obama was very instrumental in the regime change, especially now when his agency is on ground in Lagos for the political campaign and his mercenaries (Boko Haram) in the North for the military campaign.

This is injustice. Our fathers were not privileged to know about neocolonialism which was why the entire continent was submerged into that red see. Now that imperialism is right before our faces in this generation, what are we to do? We can’t remain enslaved. Nigeria must be free from imperialist before Nigeria can develop. Now is the time. Keep sentiments aside.

Let your conscience guide you. Vote wisely.
