Sam Altman, ChatGPT CEO, has reportedly invested $180 million in Retro BioScience, a biotech startup, working on the science of the production of anti-aging pills.

According to DailyMail, the pills, which are expected to reverse the effects of aging, could be in the market in the next five years.

The breakthrough study earlier showed that the experimental therapy of anti-aging pills rejuvenated cells in mice, helping them live longer.

This led many researchers to believe that human lifespans could be lengthened by the anti-aging jab within five years.

Altman has now become the latest among Silicon Valley billionaires to fund the science of aging.

Others who have also invested in this development include, Jeff Bezos, Amazon CEO, who was reported to have invested $ 3 billion in Altos Labs, a life-extension startup.

Also, Peter Thiel, PayPal co-founder, invested in the Methuselah Foundation, which has the goal of making ’90 the new 50′.
