Meanwhile, on Thursday, the federal high court in Abuja will continue hearing of a motion filed by the federal government seeking to revoke the bail granted to Dasuki on September 1.
At the last resumed hearing of the suit, counsel to the federal government, Mohammed Diri, told the court that a notice of appeal had been lodged at the court of appeal to challenge the judgment of the court granting bail to the former NSA.
Dasuki, who had pleaded not guilty to previous charges of alleged illegal possession of firearms and money-laundering preferred against him by DSS, had also been granted permission by the court to travel abroad for medical treatment.
But the DSS has refused to comply with the order of the court.
