At least eight members of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) were on Friday abducted in Kaduna state.

The abductees were travelling on a bus for an Easter programme when they were ambushed and kidnapped around Kachai road by gunmen.

A Facebook user, Eje Kenny Faraday, posted a picture of the said bus with the caption, “all the passengers in this bus are just kidnapped along Kachia Road km 63 from Kaduna”.

The kidnappers have reportedly contacted the church, demanding N50 million ransom.
