BlackHouse Media (BHM), a public relations and communications agency based in Africa and Europe, has been listed among the 2024 fastest-growing companies in Africa by Financial Times.

In a statement on Thursday, the agency said this marks the second consecutive time BHM has been included in the publication’s survey of ‘Africa’s Fastest Growing Companies 2024’.

The company was ranked 89th in a list of 125 companies.

According to the ranking data, BHM achieved a compound annual growth rate of 29.27 percent between 2019 and 2022 and an absolute growth of 116 percent.

Commenting on the recognition, Adekunle Ayeni, BHM’s founder and chief executive officer (CEO), attributed the recognition to the company’s commitment to empowering its employees, investing in its clients and a focus on the future.

“The incredible support from our clients and partners across the world has been instrumental in our growth,” Ayeni said.

“This recognition is further validation of our strategic vision, and our ambition to build the first truly global communications services company with African roots.”

BHM debuted in the 2023 edition of 100 Africa’s fastest growing companies published in collaboration with Statista, a German online platform that specialises in data gathering.
