When you watch children playing, they don’t spend time wondering if the basket can hold water or if the plastic shovel is the best for pouring sand.

They explore anyway.

Whether water stays in the basket or the sand castle is built, play cannot be interrupted.

As children, we trust ourselves unreservedly, following the path that brings us the most joy at a particular time.

Adulthood can be limiting. Cares, concerns andanxieties.

In our minds, the list of ‘what ifs and what not’s ’ fills very quickly

We teach ourselves to hold back. We suppress when we can express.

We imbibe suggestions on what we should and shouldn’t like.

We rely on the voices of our culture, our religious leaders, our friends, and our family to help us identify what is right and wrong. Soon, we begin to grope in the shadows of what once was gut.

Our natural rhythms and instincts are shushed until we can hardly hear them anymore.

Your inner voice has to be alive for you to be original, dynamic or outstanding.

Creativity comes from within.

There is no doubt that every one of us has been gifted with special skills and abilities and it is up to us to discover, develop and utilize them

We are able to do extraordinary things when we focus on our strengths and trust our abilities.

‘Trusting your abilities’ is about sharing your knowledge, your wisdom, your secrets. It’s about letting those around you to experience your essence.

Creativity requires faith; faith requires that we let go.

Honor your commitment to yourself. Follow through on your plans. There will never be a perfect time to get started.
