Mutfwang appoints Lengnen Jurman as chair of disability commission in Plateau

Caleb Mutfwang, governor of Plateau state, has appointed Lengnen Jurman as the executive chairman of Plateau State Disability Rights Commission.

The appointment was disclosed on Tuesday, in a press statement by Hassana Ayika, permanent secretary, policy and general services, on behalf of the secretary to the state government (SSG).

The statement said the appointment was with immediate effect. Jurman and other appointees were asked to report to the office of the SSG for further information.

Jurman is a lecturer at the department of Special Education and Rehabilitation Sciences, University of Jos (UniJos). He has authored some books on disability.
