Ajibola Basiru, incumbent attorney-general of Osun state, and Ajibola Famurewa, director-general of the campaign of Gboyega Oyetola, governor-elect of Osun, have clinched the senatorial tickets of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
They made the list of names of candidates submitted to Independent National Electoral Commission INEC on Sunday.
On the list are Yinusa Amobi (Iwo Ola- Oluwa & Ayedire federal constituency), Lawrence Ayeni (Ilesa west, Atakumosa east and Atakumosa west constituency), Femi Fakeye (Ila federal constituency) and Taiwo Oluga for Irewole federal constituency.
Other names on the list submitted by Osun APC for national assembly elections are Olamiju Olamijulo, Adejare Bello, Folorunso Bamisayemi, Olalekan Rasheed Afolabi and Bukola Oyewo respectively for the nine seats in the house of representatives.
