PHOTOS: Anti-Trump protest gains momentum

Thousands of people are still on the streets, protesting Republican Donald Trump’s surprise win of US presidential election.

The demonstrators are in midtown Manhattan and also in front of Trump Tower in New York. They are also in Los Angeles and other parts of the country.

The protest started on Wednesday after Trump was declared winner of the election.
