Babajide Sanwo-Olu, governor of Lagos, has commissioned the red line overpass in Yaba.

Sanwo-Olu commissioned the project on Thursday as part of preparations for the Lagos red line rail project.

The T-shaped bridge takes traffic from Murtala Muhammed way into Ojuelegba road and vice versa over the rail tracks.

The Yaba overpass is one of the four bridges designed for the red line rail project in order to eliminate vehicular and pedestrian movement along the rail.
