Mobile ride hail company Uber is partnering telecommunications firm MTN to deliver cheaper and more efficient transportation to subscribers “anywhere they want to go” in Lagos.
Tagged Uber Yelloride, the partnership will deliver to MTN subscribers, free rides worth N6, 000, which is N3000 off the first two rides.
“The partnership will provide MTN subscribers the opportunity to move freely around Lagos,” the partners said in a statement.
“Whether you’re going to a restaurant or heading out for a meeting, Uber will move you wherever you need to go and MTN will also ensure fast & reliable access to the app, anywhere in Lagos.”
MTN subscribers who download and sign up for Uber with the promo code Yelloride will receive two free rides up to the value of N3000 each.
To take advantage of the service, download the Uber app, register with your personal details, select your vehicle option, enter your pickup location and destination, use promo code Yelloride and get N3000 off your the two rides.
