The PDP governors who took the oath of office are Ahmadu Fintiri (Adamawa), Bala Mohammed (Bauchi), Seyi Makinde (Oyo), Umo Eno (Akwa Ibom), Sheriff Oborevwori (Delta), Peter Mbah (Enugu), Caleb Mutfwang (Plateau), Siminalayi Fubara (Rivers), Agbu Kefas (Taraba), and Dauda Lawal (Zamfara).

Maduabum said the governors are “capable hands” who would pilot the affairs of their various states to meet the expectations of citizens.

“We have high hopes that they will prove their leadership capacities as a result of their vast experiences and earlier career endeavours,” the statement reads.

The forum pledged to support and assist the governors in providing a “conducive environment through peer review activities and other actions geared toward excellence in office to effect strategic socio-economic changes in their respective states to reciprocate the trust and mandate given to them by their people”.
