Nyesom Wike, governor of Rivers state, has sacked Medline Tador (pictured), general manager of Radio Rivers, the state’s radio station.

Opunabo Inko-Tariah, special adviser to the governor on media and publicity, disclosed this in Port Harcourt, capital of the state, on Sunday.

Inko-Tariah, who did not give any reason for the dismissal, said it was with immediate effect.

He announced that Sampson Fiberesima, who was a former regional manager of Silver Bird group in Port Harcourt, as replacement for Tador.
