Yero names Acting Kaduna Head of Service
Governor of Kaduna State, Mr. Mukhtar Yero, has approved the appointment of Mr. Habila Kyong as Acting Head of Service of the state.
Director General, Media and Publicity of the state, Alhaji Ahmed Maiyaki announced Kyong’s appointment to NAN on Wednesday in Kaduna, saying it takes effect from Thursday.
He replaces Mr. Akila Bungwon, whom the governor commended for a successful career in the civil service, and for his contributions to the development of the state.
The governor congratulated Kyong on the appointment, and urged him to put in his best in improving the capacity of the state civil service for better service delivery.
Yero advised him to regard the appointment as an opportunity to serve the people and actualise the ongoing reform in the state civil service.
