Newspaper Headlines: Bank CEOs under probe over N1.27trn intervention funds

The Punch reports that the chief executive officers and top management staff of banks may be probed during the ongoing investigation of the activities of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). The newspaper says state governments have commenced talks with labour leaders over a N35,000 wage award.
